The RETIREMENT PLAN CLIENT SERVICES TEAM LEAD will be responsible for supervising all aspects of their respective Client Service Team. The person must be able to establish and maintain accountability, while providing support, direction and motivation to each team member. They will take calls from clients who request to speak to a higher level company position; develop, foster, and maintain positive relationships internally and externally. This person must be proactive by anticipating and providing recommendations for potential issues to management, partnering with HR on employee-relations, as well as implementing change in policies & procedures and processes, as requested by management. In addition, this person will review/monitor data reported within our web-based solutions assigned to their respective Client Service Team, to include but not limited to, identify and report productivity and status of the Client Service Team work flow, tracking specific detailed progress by deadline, and monitoring Client Service Team communication is timely, professional, and accurate. This position will work in multiple systems that are web-based and are required to manage their workload and assist their assigned clients, as well as perform administrative functions within the systems; effectively manage and balance multiple and sometimes competing priorities. Seven (7) or more years of continuous supervisory experience

Seven (7) or more years of continuous account management experience

Five (5) or more years of continuous benefit and/or retirement plan experience

Financial, auditing, or brokerage firm experience preferred

Ability to guide and support a group of individuals while fostering a team environment

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Exceptional time-management skills

Exceptional attention to detail

Ability to meet deadlines in a fast paced environment

Exceptional organizational skills

Proficient knowledge of the Internet, web-based solutions, MS Outlook, MS Excel and MS Word
