Needing some flexibility? Small Real Estate office seeking a well-organized OFFICE MANAGER to handle day-to-day operations with a focus on efficiency and time management. Responsibilities include accounts payable & receivables, updating company website and assisting owner with his schedule. Position also provides administrative support such as answering and responding to calls and emails. Qualified candidates should have impeccable verbal and written communication skills, a strong ability to multi-task, and a friendly demeanor.


HOURS: 8:30am-4:30pm, flexible, Monday - Friday



  • Develop organizational procedures and systems including filing, billing, accounts payable, payroll and scheduling

  • Manage employee schedules and troubleshoot scheduling conflicts as they arise

  • Order supplies and equipment as needed

  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize projects


  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite

  • Experience with scheduling, budgeting and payroll

  • Advanced computer skills

  • Supply management experience

  • Able to complete Administrative tasks with minimal supervision

*All candidates must be at least 18 years of age and be able to pass a drug screen
