Seeking a PRODUCTION SCHEDULER. Primary role is to plan and prepare production schedules for manufacture of industrial products. Plans and prepares production schedules for manufacture of industrial products by performing multiple duties. Creates master schedule to establish sequence and lead time of each operation to meet shipping dates according to sales forecasts or customers orders.Plan and schedules work flow for each department and operations according to previously established manufacturing sequences and lead time. This person must be have excellent organizational skills and able to multi-task throughout the day working with all departments of company. Scheduler should be able to take charge and expedite operations that delay schedules and alters schedule to meet unforeseen conditions.


  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelors degree or Associates degree preferred

  • Excellent computer skills required and must have knowledge of utilizing database software, internet, inventory software, manufacturing software, and spreadsheets; knowledge of all Microsoft Office applications with expertise in Outlook, Excel, and Access if required

  • Must have excellent analytical and problem solving skills

  • Excellent Customer Service skills, responding promptly to customer needs and soliciting feedback

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills are required

  • Excellent work ethic and good judgment required to make decisions, work in a professional manner, demonstrate accuracy and thoroughness, and meet productivity standards

  • Must be able to balance team and individual responsibilities

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suites

  • 3+ years of scheduling experience in a manufacturing environment preferred

  • Must be able to pass a criminal background report and drug screening
