Professional firm is seeking a dedicated Receptionist to handle client-facing duties as well as general office management tasks. The ideal candidate for the position is someone with a friendly, smiling face and a helping hand. Excellent communication and multitasking skills are a must, as well as positive attitude and a strong work ethic.

PAY RATE: $10 per hour, DOE

HOURS: 8am-5pm, Monday thru Friday

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Greet clients as soon as they arrive and connect them with the appropriate party

  • Answer the phone in a timely manner and assist or direct calls to appropriate person

  • Make travel arrangements and schedule meetings based on all partners itineraries

REQUIREMENTS:

  • 2+ years experience as a Receptionist or Administrative Assistant

  • Knowledge of spreadsheets and word processing documents

  • Exceptional customer service skills and professional phone manner

  • Typing speed of at least 50 WPM

  • Overachieving attitude and enhanced work ethic

*Must be at least 18 years of age and able to pass a drug screen and background check
