We are currently seeking a MANUFACTURING ENGINEER with a background in CNC machining and sheet metal manufacturing to help keep the delivery-dates on track, as well as to help in developing and improving the manufacturing methods and processes.



  • Engineering Degree along with 1-3 years of related experience in Manufacturing Engineering; those without a degree may be considered, but the work needs to be targeted, specifically a fit and at the right level

  • Professional Degree, BSME preferred

  • Must have excellent communication and Interactive skills both verbal and written

  • Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing concepts and practices

  • Career Level Required Experienced ( Non-Manager)

  • Background and experience in Manufacturing Engineering

  • Strong ability to write process control documentation

  • Structured problem-solving skills

  • Working knowledge of time and motion studies / analysis's including workstation and line balancing techniques

  • Ability to apply Lean Manufacturing techniques

  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft applications and experience with 2D and 3D CAD software


  • Develop and Implement Process Instructions and layouts

  • Develop and implement low cost, high quality processing and assembly solutions for new and existing applications

  • Participate in and provide leadership in new product launches and other continuous improvement efforts as identified

  • Provide solutions, input and recommendations to increase process reliability

  • Drive continuous improvement and standardization in processing methods

  • Develop, evaluate and plan manufacturing and fabrication methods processes and procedures

  • Set up sequence of operations, identify and define areas of special process (s), special tooling or tools required to fabricate the parts to meet customer specifications

  • Define critical parameters, machine requirements, tooling, and outside processes for process control
