Job Description

Seeking an experienced HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGER for a large industrial services client. Ideal candidate is skilled in managing employee compensation and benefits with knowledge of developing recognition, training, and retention programs. The company culture encourages each person to achieve both personal and corporate goals within the organization. We are looking for the right person to coordinate these efforts to develop a superior workforce.



  • Educate management team in HR related policies, regulations and issues

  • Maintain talent stream by developing recruiting plan that includes online and social media platforms, community colleges, trade associations, and staffing agencies

  • Manage full applicant process including the interview, skills evaluations, and new hire orientation

  • Administer compensation, benefits, and performance monitoring systems; coordinate employee wellness, safety and recreation programs

  • Analyze data to increase employee job satisfaction and retention to meet company production goals

  • Work with management team on workplace issues including employee discipline, EEO disputes, and harassment claims


  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Human Resource Management

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field

  • PHR or SPHR certification is strongly preferred

  • Proficiency in Human Resources Information Systems and Microsoft Office

  • Possess a thorough understanding of workplace issues including compliance and regulations related to employment compensation and law

  • Clean criminal background and ability to pass a drug screen
