Position available for HUMAN RESOURCES COORDINATOR. This person will provide support to VP in all HR functions including employee relations, new company initiatives, and daily administrative needs. Will act as a gatekeeper for VP and senior leadership team. Other responsibilities include managing the applicant tracking system for new hire paperwork completion.

HOURS: Monday through Friday, 8am - 5pm

PAY RATE: $18-20 hour

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in HR, Retail, or Business Management

  • Minimum of 1 - 2 years HR experience

  • Must be able to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately

  • Needs to have strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)

  • Must have a clean criminal background and be able to pass a drug test
