This role of HELPDESK TECHNICIAN is responsible for resolving support requests as well as meeting customer satisfaction and continuous service delivery demands. HOURS: 8am-5pm, Monday - Friday; On-call rotation is required
Provide desktop and IT support for clients as needed
Serve as initial escalation point for technical support issues
Apply technical knowledge in troubleshooting to resolve customer issues
Assist in quality assurance testing
Minimum of 2 years customer facing support
Knowledge of Network Management tools, Office 365, mobile platforms, Google, and Galaxy
