STARTING SALARY: $32,400 annually

HOURS: 8am - 4:30pm, Monday through Friday


  • Respond to emails from employees and customers seeking help with software or computer related issues

  • Learn the functions and back end of software program so you can walk users through the steps to achieve specific goals

  • Walk customers through the steps to achieve a goal in our software on the phone

  • Maintain a high level of courteous customer service at all times


  • High school diploma/GED required (Associate degree preferred)

  • 2+ years previous Help Desk experience is preferred

  • Excellent customer service skills

  • Strong verbal communication and problem solving skills

*Must be at least 18 years of age and able to pass a drug screen and background check
