Pay

$95,000 - $105,000, Depending on experience

Role Description

The Operations Planning Supervisor role is a full-time, on-site position that focuses on production control and managing a team of production planners. This role involves tracking production progress, managing production priorities, and developing new production schedules. The Operations Planning Supervisor will also be responsible for expediting the flow of materials, parts, and assemblies between departments to ensure production meets customer demand. Additionally, they will monitor inventory accuracy and implement countermeasures where deficiencies exist. This role also involves coordinating and interacting with satellite facilities and corporate management.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor s degree in a relevant technical field required

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role

  • Experience with managing production control systems

  • Ability to develop production schedules

  • Experience in managing a team of production planners

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills required

  • Strong decision-making skills

  • Possess a high level of mechanical and ironwork aptitude

  • Experience with KPI tracking and project management
