Pay Rate:Â $18.00 - $20 (DOE)
Hours: 8am – 5pm Monday thru Thursday & 8am - 2:30pm Friday
Role Description:
Make necessary changes to finished goods and raw materials to ensure accuracy of location
Make necessary changes to allocation of finished good for orders as directed by customer service and/or manager.
Weekly order audit (backflush) of in-house production orders and troubleshooting of discrepancies
Update (backflush) completed order by production
Develop spec sheets for raw materials produced in house
Process sample request for finished goods for sample room
Report significant inventory discrepancies to Inventory Control Coordinator and/or Materials Manager
Conduct monthly open aisle audit
Notify Quality department of observed packing discrepancies and damages
Reconcile discrepancies in inventory
Provide training to employees who perform tasks affecting the inventory system
Provide service to internal customers
Qualifications:
High School diploma or equivalent required
Minimum 3 years of related experience and/or training
Knowledge and experience in the manufacturing process
Strong analytical ability
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Strong Microsoft Excel and Word skills
Must be able to bend, stoop, kneel and lift 10+lbs.
